God Answers Prayers

He really does. It may not look like it to you right now, it may not feel like it to you right now, it may not be when or how you want it to be, it may not be the way we expect it or what we are exactly looking for, but God does answer prayer. We have to get our thoughts and plans out of our heads and yield to Him, His timing and His answers. His ways, thoughts and plans are so much greater than our ways, thoughts and plans. God tell us in Isaiah 55:9 AMP, For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. Believe, by faith, that God hears your prayers and answers them. Second Corinthians 5:7 NIV says, We live by faith, not by sight. That means we cannot be moved by what we see in the world, what we see in our everyday lives. We need to look away from all of that and believe in our hearts that our prayers are working and God is taking care of our needs. Don’t focus on what your circumstances may look like, but keep believing and praying, for Jesus told His disciples…that they should always pray and not give up (Luke 18:1 NIV).
