Prayer of Salvation
Are you ready to let go of your own ways and the ways of the world to become a “new creation” in Christ? This is not just about saying some words as part of a prayer. This is about truly believing in your heart that Jesus died for you, that He is your Lord and Savior, and that you are ready to let go of your past, confess your sins, and give up your “old” way of living life in the world to start living your life for Jesus. If you are ready to do that, then you are ready to pray the prayer of salvation. This will be the most important prayer you ever say. Speak the following out loud to the Lord with complete sincerity from your heart.
Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner. I ask You to forgive me, Lord, and cleanse me of my sins. I believe You are the Son of the Most High God. I believe that You died on the cross and shed Your blood for me. I confess that You are the Lord of my life and I surrender my life to You. You are my Savior, my Lord, my God. Come into my heart. Change me forever. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
Welcome to the kingdom of God! If you just prayed this prayer and accepted Jesus into your heart, His Word says that you are born again. For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. (Romans 10:9,10 NLT). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13 KJV). You are “whosoever” and you are now saved!
We joyfully celebrate with you, along with the angels in heaven. This is a wonderful beginning in your new life with the Lord and a day you will want to remember and celebrate until Jesus comes (at least we know we do). To mark your new beginning, we would like to offer you a free Certificate of Salvation. No, you do not need a Certificate of Salvation to be saved; your salvation is purely an issue of your heart before the Lord. The certificate is intended to bless you and serve as a reminder of this awesome day in your life. Personally, we are more proud or our Certificates of Salvation hanging on the walls of our homes than we are of all of our diplomas. We are so proud of our Certificates because they speak to everyone who sees them that as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15 NASB). They boast of the most important moment in our lives — the day we gave our lives to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. So, we thought if they meant so much to us, you might feel the same way about your experience too.
